No one hour we the traditional independent thinkers celebrating world eleven year anniversary somehow. WS and why this month. Game in action packed shows so to speak we've got them Michael from the green party of Florida joining us in a few minutes. Pastor Wayne dove world outreach center he's the one that and sleep for a week last month we will talk to him. We're going to revisit our interview with Jesse Ventura brand new 63 documents the government doesn't want you know back. And also Michael Mary is the author publisher and founder of the new project. And NASA project to write a note of appreciation to someone who has made a difference in your life. Get their petty little on the line for the first portion of the show infuse the assistant director. And consumer advocacy groups and wanna watch right Andy thanks for being with a and a US this this Saturday night. I guess with these situations him one of your main concerns were the main main concern is seafood imported let's talk about them for starting point. Look at. Yet at this situation. Can you go anywhere we're really. One month mark since the earthquake at that really started. Crisis that the nuclear power plant that would come up in the last week that. You focus on the impact it's having on the ocean and no there's been Vito reports about. Radiation being at least directly into the ocean from. Various sources is. Now. The last couple days but we're not sure it entirely stopped and then this week said the company that on that and actually had intentionally released. Radioactive water into the ocean because cabinet room to store all of the contaminated water that cap on site and they had to release I'm. Supposedly low level. Contamination. Of water make around. For water that even more hybrid in. Its impact in the army start thinking about the fish outlet. So how much radioactive water was dumped into the ocean and realize that. I said number we saw this week at about three million gallon. I'm we're not sure that we. That the all of it it did report a little little unclear that are at lunch they went there at the utility that they had to adapt. It to make room. I. And I noticed the Japanese government date with us some some what would the word these standards for seafood pop I was kind of interest it it sounds like maybe they were just trying to. Trying to cover their but maybe I won't now. Well if that it set at standard after they found it without report at least once especially suspect it's more. And it caught in the area that emanated sell it would be that recognition that they eat. It was a recognition by the government that there is going to be the team. They're gonna start featured that they capped that is reached yet. Around the plant what the question is is a lot. It and I you know not being looked at the baker a lottery and it needed a lot of questions about what he entered. Now do we import seafood from Japan right now and he. We do you eight our largest supplier we import a lot he hated the United States import actually eat eat and he. And it's not. The largest player we get a lot more from other countries China and Vietnam and we can some terms he had I'll look at the numbers this week. And and last year we had about 600 out of a rat and anchovies and it's like at eight. Part of travel means fish wouldn't wouldn't travel from the waters of Japan and to. Add to our coasts would they and their we would this year and we can't spend in the and we would be eating them. You can really do it mart look at at right there a bit. Something they'll trap he read you know and the of himself as and that on the is speaking right away from him and there's a product. Shall. National attention Q what in port. And their question at issue candidate in an out of that area it. it. It. Year that we need to really be making machine at a little. The feeder fish if they can emanated XP and the Q8. You can't really get it and figure out 08. And we need to really be smart about tracking in fisheries in different parts of the ocean you know that there are different currencies and that. Right now we're getting a lot of assurances battle weary of people Data on that And look at it it's all around to make Is that Al. Weekly data on our program and. And I understand the FDA inspects a very small percentage of seafood in tests even less. Right at an average day at setting aside an emergency. At And we imports. Over the course of the year they inspect that they would let you of the import. And often what they're doing is it kind of random sampling for things like ally at the U. there really outgunned by the volume of food coming in right now we're still. And what we've been saying it and immediate. Area for short. Lot more import to and we have at. And Russia is among the countries that have suspended Japanese seafood imports but we have not. well what we've heard from our FDA is that they'll post special attention. It'll do it but they're not articulating. What resources they are putting. How much. Screening capability they really hat and it's very hard to get that information pertinent that we can go more for kept it. Approach for right now while the situation is still make it not let. And looked to you know how Assistant director of food and water watch our guest for the first portion to showing patty if people want more information make your group company get it. Our web site which is. Food and water watched work. Simple as that patty thanks for the good info and hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend thanks for spending a little bit with us here in WS they want. of the Green Party as America contest Westinghouse eight 1000 nuclear reactor. Design approval this is something that that Progress Energy wants to use in Florida power and might you correct and and this is for the new facility in rural Levy county correct. Right and the other for a new reactors scheduled to be built in order to have done it. Turkey point on this campaign took them out here Levy county and they're all you know they're all plan for the 81000. Westinghouse Toshiba reactor And I understand your group believes there are flaws in the designed to make the reactor unsafe. Well the expansion that was so was file by twelve groups. Who are involved in already involved in licensing. Procedure or clients that have these reactors. And not about a dozen about a dozen reactors altogether there's a dozen groups. Are part of the violence still we're yeah we're just part of yeah. In the 81000 oversight group is at the of the collective here. Where one of the well groups this petition. The main reason for the protection because the public comment period on the the certification the design certification rule making this reactor. And so on beyond catastrophic. Accident in Japan. Has raised many questions that really need to be answered before. Before these reactors are certified as state and some of them were actually being raised before the accident but the accident. You know brings up more issues that really should be studied before they say it's okay to go at and below these reactors. I know the the plant in Lee County mean it's a ways off before it would become a reality if it ever did become a reality correct. Well that appears to be the case right now I think that the financial aspect of it. It is so that is a little risky and it's gone. It's somewhere in the neighborhood of 24 billion now is the estimated cost and yet there's never been a nuclear plant built. Under budget or on budget so. We can't how. This would even be feasible without massive subsidies and loan guarantees. From the federal government which. And then toward coming in very limited way I mean they were backing their the building the global plan. Georgia and that one under under construction were a couple of the that he 1000. And acts there's groups who are challenging capital partners. Let's talk about the green party of Florida in general I mean what is the Green Party yet to these days. Aside from this it's. Well the Green Party it is that is sensitive Lot like most of the most of the third parties in this country especially since we don't take any corporate donations. We don't have made big war chest Iran. And it it's hand we're pretty much marginalized by the way the electoral process. Set up in terms of you know can effectively run for office except on the on the local level. We don't have we don't have any elected officials and office in order at this time except. You know sort of water board something like that we don't have any doubt anybody in. State state legislature here so we can't directly impact on policy we have to Abbott a work. Policies that we feel are responsible and and and public interest when we can which is slightly better involved in not challenging the application EM any theories as to why the Green Party is so much bigger in Europe and is in this country. Men to talk any candidates you're with Green Party acting like in Germany. There's a real big reason why Green Party is doing well in Europe and other places because they have. More representative. And more democratic process and what we have in this country. In the process is designed to exclude. You proper presentation. Where as you know proportional representation system is designed to include as many people as possible so we have a party can win. And percent of the vote or as it turned out now and in Germany you're getting up about 20% you can have an influence in government whereas here you can get 49%. And and basically lose and never have any say anything and so when you have your standard districts in the all the way of keeping people out of the prospects. I think that's why we have such a low voter turnout and the reason we don't really a representative government is because most people don't have a chance to be represented. And we can't we got the win 51% to win anything we. Run and elect and in the end and win some seats in the parliament like that and Germany here and. OK so somebody wanted to join the Green Party and in Florida oh what what they to join in and what would what would they be doing if they join. I would like to appeal to. No party affiliation and I don't try to help people change their party if people are happy with the Democratic Party the Republican Party you're Libertarian Party. But you know the fact is is big one of the biggest growing fastest parties non parties in Florida. It is the job that no party affiliation. Registered voters and I think we got close to thirty out of here county. So I would say it only takes five minutes to want to read mr. green and what you'd be doing actually is. And in the Mets knew that you argue that are you know basically doing what they can do cater to corporate lobbyists. That we're tired we're tired of being represented by parties Basically against the public entrusted in favor of the Baxter's in the corporate. Interest send up. It is Green Party we're doing what we can with what we got but Richard we sure need. More export them while sitting right now on the public need more voters need more active member. I just wondered the the nuclear issue what's going on in Japan raising questions about these these assurances of absolute safety unit. So worried about an accident or about villager the systems. You can see what happens when that you fail and reliability and great. I think we need to reconsider. The rubber stamp approval of these old reactors is happening. In Florida I mean Crystal River plant down for repairs and it shut down currently that we present repaired containment vessel. Is being re certified for twenty years so that they can continue pumping out profits probably consider closing it. It down according to which originally designed and engineered likes it. This is happening all five reactors that are currently running in order and it's happening all across the country and and we think there's there's an even greater danger from running these old reactors according more years. That there from overdue and that has been sort of rubber stamp under the radar that was very little process such as it is too abstract it is hard to Michael from the Green Party our guest for this portion of the show and Michael the website please. Or via the contact information. For the green party of order it would be green dot war. A national party just EP dot Okay Michael thank you for your time and I hope in during the rest of your weekend. And boom. And we have the on the line is being American now after he dove world he's the one and actually meet on a couple of weeks ago after thanks for being with us on WS in. Here. Tell me why you the Kron and now I understand it that the church's thinking about putting man on trial is that accurate. Well Barnicle on as in a result of it a trial that we yes been in and you hear that property. Where we place the teachings of the Krahn. On trial. And by jury of twelve for people from different walks of life. Found it it it feel like it was responsible impeaching the Where terrorism murder. Human rights violations in interviews and such and then we aren't that. As a result out punishment that was voted on by people all around the world where we. Different different choices of punishment Irish the burning work is not unanimous one 7%. Now of this trial was the jury made up of members of your church. It was there was a couple of members of our church to children in peace pacers where. Not that people. Well brave enough but we get people from Georgia Tampa Orlando. And different a different places around the state. They drove into history. I was telling my daughter about this this past weekend and Jesus he put a book on trial exactly. Yelling we we we we we we look at it as as more of focal point. Well what we're talking about it a lot of the teachings. When we look at the dangers of Islam which nobody. Nobody has probably eight we all know that there's a problem radical Islam. That was outbreak in Afghanistan. That's what everybody knows is very violent in nature every way shape form. But that teaching that come into radical Islam. same crime that is being used in Moscow rounding drill. New York California Michigan. Thank each. So somewhere in Matt and Theres something in those teachings. That'd be really lonely people and very dangerous violent and destructive man. Islam calls the book of peace and you're saying you have no problem with Islam but just the radical elements this one is that accurate. Well I guess you could say As a Christian perspective I have a problem with Islam altogether. It teaches people that Jesus is not the son of god he did not down across so there is no salvation sacrifice. I as a pastor have a problem that Islam. Classifying itself as part only true word. The leader it what we claim that he would end several armed senate. Islamic of the devil is a lie from the devil to the people and the hell. In their natural we believed at least people. And you violent acts. So the on the people eventually. Whether peace almost longest active in their their religion of Islam or longevity through an increased population and area. Which history only prove our point when you look around the world. And it won't grows in population. Of violence in that area grossed an error and number as well. OK but but we're just talking about a small percentage of Muslims and ever become so so how I mean you condemned christianity for the forget. You fringe members of Christian become violent mean don't think that's kind of unfair to the blame whole religion on the action and a few people. You know we're not we're not talking about isolated incident where we're talking about something that is growing in number eight. It's something we're also talking about happens a lot more often armed yeah give coverage for. Since September we have been involved quite a lot. We it an air Christian television station in California. Where we're getting news out of the Middle East. Elite where there are attacks on Christians or Muslims just because they're not. They're not Islamic country believe in a different are these are things happen on a daily basis. Yet America human. You don't ever a daily basis now not the media's not reporting this in what is your source for saying this happens on a daily basis after. American media's not reporting that they know. They're there are YouTube newspapers that are photographing documenting and and reporting that no one nowhere over here do we want to talk about. What what is going on because of Islamic. Now you're talking about putting on trial promote violence. It. Let's talk about the these deaths seven UN workers did over the burning of the crime do you feel any responsibility for that since you were the one that actually did the burning of the Louis in the bombing at the on that we did not promote or call for you violence on any any person ever Muslims here on our property. During our We are very nicer cordial very pleasant we talk with these people we thank them for their participation in no way have we ever call for violence in any and or calling or is the removal of So we got no responsibility. Because so what Islam teaches promote. And instructed people to do. Around the world. that broke out an interesting and and they're using our actions as they're which keeps. Right but but but in theory pastors these UN workers would still be alive if you are not in the Krahn. Not acting angry because coming we didn't article on order it would not article on and yet. There are reports of outbreaks of violence backing Christmas. attacked over sixty people were killed on that we cannot on that Another church was apparently more than twenty people killed on that date. We can not gonna crawl on that before either so I mean what was searched Houston is on continues to to act out and violent way And the continual one point the finger at somebody to give an excuse for actions. They should be held accountable for their own actions. We purchased the book a little more than twenty dollars and we Period that's it. Pastor obviously a lot of people have differences of opinion opinions with you but it we appreciate you spending a few minutes that with a WSK one thank you for your times are. It. Ramirez Saturday night does one mean dozens hundreds and it's one powerful celebrating eleven year anniversary this month WS near point. And actually it took a couple of days off this week which is a very unusual means to not get to the book as many yes this week. And I and I realize of course everyone doesn't listen every show. And that's I think if you just last week he would repeat our interview with Jesse are always an interesting yeah. is working show this week and I am that Jesse Jesse has a brand new book 63 documents the government doesn't want you to thanks for being back with in Florida on WS I don't have a great democratic You say there are 854000. Americans with top secret clearances. A 75%. Increase in secret since 1996. For talking about sixteen million that classified documents secret documents annually. This this doesn't seem possible. But apparently it is. Well what it seems like comedians that they just simply classify everything they do pop secret. Actually because I can't figure out how you got sixteen million documents. Be classified top secret and not be classified military. I just stick in the book. Have you don't have been the quote from the quote from Patrick Henry. The liberties of the people doesn't government government will be secure. When the transactions. That there are rumors. They'd be concealed from them could be that the transactions without government could be just talk about us. In your And yeah in your book you actually have copies of these documents that you said the government doesn't want you to read let's talk about a few of them. I'll talk about the US assassination plots against foreign leaders this is something that's been alleged back you know 1953 in Guatemala may be even before also what you were able to find out. Well still at least documents anyone I end up. We didn't care below us released. You just have to look at world which are mainstream media yes I spoke to. Are these assassinations. I'd stories we could command knew this from the CIA. They don't CIA assassination manual. I don't like played Samantha. Well building to building. They got a manual on how to commit assassinations. And be successful one hour to complete. The assassination. It's just another. But. It's a kind of a glorious current first degree murder. Because it's highly planned murder. I'll put my knowledge. There's no legal and every country in the world. You. You certainly There seems smoke. Okay on the carpet we got a Manuel. describe this article commit first degree murder. Yeah I humbly accept all you would probably take about and just because another country as a lever that we could be particularly don't light up and giving us the right to until. Excellent point. Talking about killing people you talk about the Kennedy assassination and you talk about CIA propaganda notes on tell me what you're able to find out. Welcome what would have wanted to go from the CIA don't have a specific type. That could make some of the country believed the Warren these are government documents I didn't write them. The government run up. I want. See I really do you have met on. our the cavity that is reluctant to open source Canon. What they've been forced to experiment. Right. We bought it. Yet we've we've. We've often heard allegations at the US sits at the Nazis into this country and put them to work for America and you you basically found the documents that backed that up. You are completely out of the best ones who slept I like that you Rhode Island. Well looks like IBM but what I ninety miles from them about mid eighty miles somebody stand. what we could tell by the look there's a biological attack certain tested weapons biological. And chemical weapons mostly biological. Let the guy that we put in charge there was a gentleman named Eric can't help but he was right under these kind of work. He probably should of stood trial. I'm not But instead we brought in here and give his expertise. Was biological warfare or instructing ticks and mosquitoes can. want you to comment from a country. Like. Well noticed that lion because these. piece of wine counties which is carried by a tip of these are bad because you can log in Connecticut which is right across the world group about Iowa. So it didn't escape sometimes violent. Electrical output to Nazi. In the to create that dialog here good got a are protesting facility. Eighty miles from Blackstone ninety miles from Manhattan the two most heavily populated areas in America. Doesn't seem to be elected good place to put it. You even talk about military experiments on US troops here that would displease. Again documents from your government our government my government has gotten Jesse Ventura bacon dropped. These documents that we put a bit like I have no trouble already have not served in the military today. Because I don't believe our military source. The people of this country I believe our military is not ignored them they're still not put our international corporations. If you don't cooperate with the international operations in Japan US Marines. you know it's been going on 400 views because general slightly but yeah I'm congressional level. I don't live there there's about black person. I stated that he doesn't really work too just like it is clear from the Marines. It really well it won't stay strong armed and you can by the same company based on the Central America South America they would collaborate. been in the US Marines. Thought they knew it Jesse Ventura brand new book out 63 documents the government doesn't want re you even if found documents about running drugs with the dictator is another allegation we were heard about for years. You can't read the more clearly because they actually a lot of them up a lot of stuff that problem. You know maybe some gave some people who don't. But the doctor Richard constructed about that reading them to all the remember my desk. And evaluate instead of running for in October. Because the extra money to congress and it's appropriated and dub or have they got to answer to accomplish what they. They can look good looks and give it separates had a body. They're not accountable to congress that they can do anything they want. and it's like Gallagher. Right just like allegations that the north. content to witness replied so what I want to know you've been. There's a million that governor about our secure navy veteran. Doing this book is just got my patriotism that it would ever happen. Because the thing that troubles me about this issue particularly important. And you could substitute and it would work. We've often heard about the election in 2000 that was awarded to to President Bush but you talk about the 2004. Election in Ohio which you believe Mr. Bush won by fraudulent measures let's talk about the documents you found about that. Welcome documents obtained these automatic voting machines. Speed automatic voting machines I don't know where the network didn't do that because they can be manipulated just like any computer can be active do. At the it's that simple yeah. Can go to an ATM machine particular also you will receive. We'll okay. Obama can get them back or didn't receive. He wouldn't electronic voting machines. waited for him to go. So accurately recorded and there's no way attempting to Can totally missed about a number eight. Okay candidate he got 3500. Votes candidate he got plenty of other popes. But I can't do particularly tough but. How does this higher material so how does this with documents you found and and what you call fixing the vote in Ohio in 2000 forcibly it. Important about it are you exit polls have John Kerry winning. And then look below expectations weren't given the right and all of a sudden. we appreciate it That are out of this that took Chattanooga Tennessee. And who wrote it down to a high low high and that's. The documentation To encourage people who read this book just to read the document. These official government documents. That live up its stock car events videos that are you want to tax money spent. You have talked about 9/11 before and you talk about the Pentagon's stand down order on 9/11 and documents of course to back it up tells a little about that he could. Did it goes back to the testimony premarket. It is now you can't do any world remember about secretary of transportation wouldn't from the balcony so president Cheney. And the book that came up the national vice president. He stated that the plane's ability that the twenty minute talk came back against the placed government at all. Mr. vice president didn't I still standard snapped around in this document. It of course you can understand that you heard anything contrary. What Slobodan. Spam now it's. And look at how do you stand down because at the Pentagon and the like oh yeah and it quiet so. You can have a lot of them dignity out of the year. that plane to explode. If didn't people who are supplying. Let's talk about the the paper trail on the CIA's destruction of 92 torture videos. Well apparently steel top robbed them and blunt talk about another out if there's documentation when. When are they still the documentation on whether to score on its stock to benefit a slightly different got a big they can. It's going to truly know what we're doing to those and treating those people. They're putting them because if you don't I don't know. because the evidence that obtained by torture can't be used. But it can happen you a lot of problems because they've got evidence to convict I mean these people. and probably I don't And that's what troubles about President Obama. Splendid debut on purpose. To go that we need to you know. Probably not but it's still suspended today the government could rescue tomorrow. And they couldn't look at what part of the community and hope you lose a lot of folks talking you know and there's nothing you could talk about it. Because they often what you can it was an act of terrorism yeah. And take you to make that determination not to touch. And you say Obama has been more aggressive than bush and punishing those who leak and you called Julian Assange hero. It's not that I'd say about those statistics and facts. Scott Reid saying get that statistic like science. You may not like sigh of sports science is what it is. Too. The partnership will supply that be under George that's continual You are dedicated the book Tom little congressman from Texas. Because he's the only on the congress. And made a great statement he said is an important country telling the need to be tried for treason. Well that wasn't actually. agreement that when that becomes kind of sudden. There's not a free country anymore. At the time between them. The focus on. Certain. The 63 documents the government doesn't want read the documents are included in Jesse brand new book and it is fascinating and and I thank you so much for spending a little of your time with us here at WS Well I don't appreciate it like that said you know this is the that I had children can. Infected product because of that book. But I'm not so great believer. That and most out of particulates it's finally got out of good government. And you can't be good citizens the kept in the dark you can't be good citizens if you don't know what's cool about. Well you know that that and I do workshops that free workshops as you know of art urgent need senator Bob. Appreciation insured and cardinal appreciation wanna pay should. That put it there's bookstores Saddam pick a moment what we're about people who have a positive impact on you removed and the injury number which. People all remember from like you mentioned the child in cash and you're right it's not always possible to Kohlberg triple people Some confidence in the kid you don't think they sure didn't look very different a total appreciation which years later people can't track them down. Well another option frustration mr. recorder. We don't project web site and you can assure your nobody ever published for the kind of when I tell you what people read both storage and and they're really. It's been motivated and it's our appreciation or girl launched. Talking to Michael Mary for this portion one Pope project dot com is the name of the what he is working on. And I was just thinking like the idea of actually slowing down so to speak and and thinking about what you appreciate and life. Is good for the person that's that's doing the appreciating let alone the person that's letting be known that they are appreciated. It's got these people that if you send a note of appreciation to somebody else. Economic and corporate are interpreted their people they're appreciated that are the most basic needs but what surprised that people comparisons. How could they feel after the recent Admitted that it went exceptionally you're doing great you're making somebody else still gripped by telling we appreciate that you'll hold. Releasing those feelings from yourself from the around all the entry and you know. But it's good to release slopes and and get him out in the world and it really don't report actually reassert the points out that not only And their congressman it's eternal appreciation the American French. What are the Communist as a positive effect on the porch and receiving it is it possible for a person forming a and then it at all pleasant and anybody potential witness at people either through good product so it really doesn't work per part of our. Mike as I said at the beginning of the interview you're also the editor saying an anthology of true stories about saying goodbye to people and places an alliance that's that that's sounds very interesting to me tell me a little bit about that. In another part of my life I Orasure and a Republican governor of green potential what do you think we do it is an anthology of cricket not friction so can. Chicken soup for the soul that are different. Up I want to look at some topics to the report. Chickens who spoke to another short novel that shall. We are doing an apology but true stories about help people gigabyte. People which is something in the large. And that you don't want to ensure all gonna turn out good. I'm obviously which an original membership tropic. Well what we can't as we start getting these stories and putting them solution to body in biology. This. It's actually foreign experience for people. Mobile storage and all shall lead them prepared very you know what I originally experts walks in my own life. And reading about these stories are people don't watch it really helping to arm. So it's it's a burger open and Appreciative of the people attributed the person proportion orange. Michael Mary L against this portion of one powerful and if people wanna know more about the note project or any of your other Matthew projects might cat in the hat in the. Well bush what is to stop by you partner for what's like for project. Take a look around her lecture there are lots of to call appreciation part of your daily life. And State Street shared no stories about appreciation that what we're sure other people. Sounds great might this what a great project and I appreciate you doing and I appreciate you spending a little your weekend with Gainesville WS KY. Major watchdog mark Porter. You were listening to one powerful. On the And we've got Larry's turn on the line. And he would producer of the film rock and the Walt he's on his book seven events. That made America a mile island incident in the W as it once again. But here you seat rock music this story I mean tell us what you mean by that. Not to go overboard it was one of the major factors that play a part of the growing army has what I mean by that is that you know very few Europeans. Heard the mr. Gorbachev tear down that law speech. all of them voice of America Radio Free Europe. Now they were Two American rock music. For twenty years before Reagan made his speech and while winning here Avery hearing that it is the freedom they're hearing messages of hope. Some of them were met engine that the urgent. And even if they couldn't understand a language and by the way mean to people we interviewed in the film. Chad in fact learned their English from rock music the that they couldn't understand the language. The very structure rock and roll and interest and oriented toward freedom. Because every rock song starts together with the ban. In the end with a in the middle you have that solo the expression the individual. So even if he didn't understand the lyrics you're picking up. They you know this western music is very much individualism. Net netted these countries in these countries were the rock groups. They're absolutely work. And the need it. and yet the response the Communist countries were to pull. That they try to some of that and bring them up you know above ground that the work and they did that by offering him our rent vouchers food. Food stamp things like that as the very kind of subsidy. But he did you head to head when you think it was sanctioned by the state fast eight centers. Those rock and who didn't want to do that of course are pushed underground. And very much had to play in the shadows of one of the that we spoke to in the film. Mattel let me men guilty he now on the have the official producer music for Audi and Volkswagen. That back in the day he would drummer any student activist. And he would get concert together it stand in Puerto. Flyer thing and he concert tonight that the fight Beijing university and 3000 people would show up before too long there was the police. Wild so so again what you're saying it is sort of the energy and the powerful rock hit the youth of of of these Communist countries even though they couldn't understand only works in most cases. Yet been then it started to learn English from from western music. What I'm sure it was quite happy if you're live in either spring teen era. now. They started they started it here in the methods and then. Quite early in the cut the price that is we did the movie. Quite early American groups started and and British urgently adopted American and British start to appear behind me iron curtain. That first one they had that we were able to find with the blood sweat and tears. In Hungary in 1970. And you interviewed as several rock musicians including Robby Krieger of the doors. Right now we want to people who play. Behind the iron curtain or on the western side of the iron curtain at that time and what their response work. Silly Robby Krieger of the doors he got Marc Stein didn't you of the north side yet did it take Toto we got a retard so quiet riot. And then got mother's instead of black. I'm from Atlanta. He's and story. that's a pretty obscure but noted how. Mother finest in. They play over there regularly and they go to a Checkpoint Charlie. And that the guard and a dark and everything there's a plate you drive your car or in Turkey but. Over an eight where I could get underneath the about the make sure nobody would bring stepped in are taking people out. And so while they're doing all that eight German officer any big trench coat and and he asks is the leader of the band that who delete and and Murdoch like yes I am. Think that just sit back at the box and take into the back of about that Murdoch not sure he can get shot watch. He taken that he closed the curtain the doctors looking around very suspiciously like he looked at present and and finally he that you are Murdoch you get a television when our. The guy opens his trench coat pulled out in mothers find this album and. You've been And wanted to kind he brings the whole band back and hasn't signed yummy it next time you come. I have other albums he apparently had all He's he's probably one of the few people that. Have to have them I used to have one like I said I don't have you you mentioned even Billy all that we thank Billy Joe's panel lightweight but you even mentioned him as as one of the the reach the ears and ports of suppressed youths and Communist countries. Yes Billy until he's not a movie that I did an interview that our long interviewed him not too long between the movie came out. And he had an amazing story. Laughed and they're making political speech it. And Billy didn't want any that he got that theory that if it I didn't wanna make the political beat EM now that the audience know I. And you all and you start into the stranger in that they get it. And Billy told played Russia in mocked Al with the first American to play not captain Kleinberg. He says that when he went in there. The cars were all armed with tranquilizer dart. And they have been instructed that crap got and they alerted dark And color. I said. Where you finished at all and what you can play did not intend to my lyrics but they hit by their regular billion might not allow their kids to come up front of the stage. And take this you know what I get a you do that and to come up to that darn right. Certainly did that come on up and they ought to be soldiers are all leaving your cap to. And you even know what killed corporate saying we couldn't stop rock music. Yeah in fact I quote let calling he corporate shot in that though he befriended each other. In glorious job actually in demand bill house and spent some time with him and he that you know we political met. At the district coming in that we could not stop rock music.
